Hi Gentlemen,

I´m a Helicopter-Pilot in Germany and responsible für EMS-Mission´s in the Area around Köln at the River Rhine.

I live in Mönchengladbach (or Munich Gladbach) and I know, there was an Airflied during the WW II, known as "Y-56".

There has been an Uncle of mine serving as a Pilot at this field in the WW II, also born in Mönchengladbach.

With this E-Mail I hope to find some Photographs, Charts or something else about the Airfield "Y-56".

Is there anybody able to help?

Thank you very much. Many greeting´s form Germany, Sven

Hello Sven. I wish I had something specifically on Y-56 but I don't. I'll keep my eye open and let you know if I do see anything.

David
