Was any one working on the construction of Raydon airfield england during world war two 833rd aviation engineer battalion(Particularly 'C' Company) in around 1943? If any one does have any information of freinds or family who did we would like to hear from them. My family was at Priory Farm Great Wenham at the time.

Dear David,
Sherl Hasler was with the 862nd aviation engineer battalion, A company, in Raydon in 1943-44, for 14 months until the invasion. He's my 84 year old father but doesn't have internet access.

My dad, Sheldon "Bun" O Chatterton was at Raydon Field during its construction. Unfortunately, he is not on this unit's roster for some unknown reason.

I added you father's name to the roster. I don't have a complete roster for the unit so we add the names as we receive them.
