Hello - My father, John W. Goff, was with this unit from April 1942 to November 1945. I know they were stationed in England, and that he was also in France. I am interested in more detailed information on the mission and work of the unit. He met and married my mother in England while he was stationed there, but they both passed away in the 1970's, long before I realized the importance of WWII and the brave men and women that took part in it. If you have any information or any suggestions for my search, I would appreciate hearing from you.

My Dad Jack Moore was in the 937th cammoflage Engineer BN. He was in 5 battle campaigns. The 937th cammoflaged planes and other supplies and equipment. They also built runways, and ran supply depots. Also, they built dummy airfields to draw enemy fire, thus expending the bombs and ammo of the German Luftwaffe. I think my Dad was in company B. He passed away in December 2010.
